It all started with a real need. Our founder, like many others, found himself becoming a family caregiver, trying to support his mother and grandmother remotely as they faced complex health challenges. He experienced firsthand the difficulties, the uncertainty, and the lack of adequate tools to ensure they received the best possible care—no matter the distance.

From this challenge, FlorenceCare was born: a solution that merges technology and healthcare to ensure that patients and caregivers are never alone. But the vision didn’t stop there.

A critical care nurse joined the mission, bringing expertise to develop validated healthcare procedures, while a software engineer introduced cloud technology to guarantee security and reliability. The team continued to grow, welcoming two more engineers and many professionals, all united by a single goal: transforming the way families, patient associations, and healthcare professionals access care.

We work to improve patients' lives and support those who care for them, striving towards SDG #3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG #8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). We are dedicated to quality and security, pursuing ISO 27001, 27017, and 27018 certifications, and we strongly believe in workplace gender equality, adhering to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification.
